The Eagle GS-C EMT is Goodyear's ultra high-performance tire developed as an Original Equipment replacement for certain models of Corvettes. The Eagle GS-C EMT molds a specialized tread compound into a tread design that combines directional and asymmetrical features. Wide outboard shoulders, independent intermediate tread blocks, and an offset directional tread design promotes wet and dry traction. Twin steel belts reinforced by spirally wound aramid overlays and angled rayon carcass plies deliver quiet operation with high-speed durability. This tire features run-flat Extended Mobility Technology (EMT) for increased mobility in the event of a puncture.
